Residents are typically individuals who maintain functional independence but benefit from a stabilized residential environment while rebuilding capacity, continuity, and daily structure outside institutional or clinical settings.
Referral & Placement Context
Residents may transition to Hello Yellow from outpatient treatment, private clinical care, physician-directed recovery planning, or independent recovery pathways when a stabilized residential environment is recommended.
Residences are intended for individuals who do not require institutional or acute care but benefit from structured, supportive daily living during recovery transition.
